DENZZO is a unique, independent and award-winning, film production company based on reliability and the transmission of a solid production know-how. Our story starts in Amsterdam in 1981 and settles in Brussels in 2012. We develop thrilling films that wishfully offer hope, reflection, emotion and joy to our audience.
Because our hearts beat for films that move, thrill, think and care, we raised a fiction department in 2018. Since then, we produced a feature film, a long documentary and a few multi-award-winning short films.
Our objective is to journey with authentic filmmakers, to support them in their creative process and to produce films with an added artistic, cultural and human value.
DENZZO is “ Belgium Tax-Shelter” approved and can be your co-production partner.

Until 2020, our core business was the production of high-end branded content for TV, cinema and web with various objectives such as awareness, brand image enhancement, call-to-action, commercial and public service announcements.
We had the chance to work for many national and international brands and institutions and are grateful for their confidence. Thanks to these commercial activities, we could develop our fiction and documentary department that is now our core activity still expanding.
Executive Producer
Hi, I’m Bea Catteeuw and I gave birth to DENZZO Brussels in 2012.
In the late 80’ties, I obtained my Master in Audio-visual Arts at the Belgian Royal Film Institute RITCS.
I freelanced for about two decades, consecutively being casting director, 2nd AD, 1st AD, unit production manager and line producer to become a freelance producer from 2002 till 2012.
Since 2012, with DENZZO Brussels, I produced over 250 branded content campaigns for Broadcast TV, cinema and web. End of 2018, I raised our film department within the company. Since then, I produced a feature film, a long documentary and several multi-awarded short films.
To be honest, I love to produce film because communicating through film is extremely powerful. I like to connect people, talented and skilled people, enthusiastic people, to tell great stories, to get things done, to create awareness, to entertain and eventually make a change.
My overall professional goal is to produce films with an added cultural, artistic and human value.
In life, my goal is to be a reliable person one is happy to have met.
I would like to dedicate my work to the following dearest people without who none of what I did and still do would have been possible:
First, my husband, Noureddine Ait Benhiba, who supports me daily since my film studies.
Thank you love.
Secondly, my wonderful children, Iyas and Narjis, who never stop encouraging me in all circumstances.
Thank you sweethearts.
Finally, I would like to thank my professional dad, Harre Slokkers.
Executive Producer – in retirement
Harre is the “godfather” of DENZZO, launching its first activities in 1981 in Amsterdam. Why did he choose such a name? DENZZO stands for the Dutch notion: “Dag En Nacht Zaterdag Zondag Ook’ meaning ‘Day And Night Saturday Sunday Too”. All producers will agree this is most representative of the job we do.
Before raising DENZZO, Harre worked as a RTV-producer for Lintas in Rotterdam. After two years he moved to Amsterdam to join Smits-Bates. Then he was asked to become Head of Television for FHV/BBDO, where he stayed for six years. Then he raised DENZZO Amsterdam, he as producer and three directors.
Over the years, Harre produced over 800 commercials, for Holland, Germany and Belgium. He launched quite a few directors who became internationally acclaimed, like Tom Hooper to name but one. Today he’s retired from production and enjoys life but is still joinable for voice-over work and a nice chat at harre@denzzo.nl.
Thank you dear Harre.
